You will have strong communication abilities and excellent influencing skills to facilitate training and workshops and project implementation. We expect you to have a clear understanding of evidence-based work and turning data into practical tools.  You’ll have the credibility to gather information and learning from various channels which can be used by the Foundation or representation at all levels. You will be an experienced monitoring evaluation and learning professional in the humanitarian and development sectors with significant experience in motivating teams, driving change and inspiring others to make a difference.  

General Qualifications:

A.  REGIONAL DIRECTORS​​​​

 1.  Keeps up to date with Provincial Director regarding developments in project and development implementation and methodology and                 security issues in humanitarian relief;
 2.  Liaises with humanitarian relief agencies and others to ensure that the needs of relief workers are understood and met in Provincial level;
 3.  Contributes to the design, planning and review of courses for project development of the Foundation; 
 4.  Supervises the team of security trainers, establishing capacity development plans for their team and actively engaging in individual plans.        Also responsible for recruiting when required.
 5.  Regularly liaises with local government and non-government bodies, and other relevant partners on matters related to project                            implementation, security and safety;
 6.  Provides up-to-date case study information to feed into training and development Alongside the Provincial Director, coordinates all                    security aspects of operational/programme-planning and contingency responses. 
 7.  Ensures radio communications procedures are implemented correctly and consistently within the programme, providing training where            necessary. Liaises with the Logistics Officer to ensure that the radio communications systems are maintained in a good working order.
 8.  Provides information and recommendations to the Provincial Director with regards to all project matters;
 9.  Works with relevant coordinators in the programme to ensure staff and visitors are trained and briefed on their responsibilities and                  duties;
10. Regular liaison with Provincial Programme Director.

B.  PROVINCIAL DIRECTORS​​

 1. To act as the key focal point in the NBMIFI’s Secretariat for humanitarian aid & development cooperation in the Provincial activities of                  member organizations;
 2. Directly supervises Provincial Teams and Project partners in their day to day project implementation of various NB Foundation’s targets.
 3. Responsible and accountable for the technical and human resource management of NB Foundation’s projects in his/her respective Region        and ensure efficient and effective attainment of project goals and objectives.
 4. To follow developments in the Provincial projects regarding charities and development assistance and humanitarian aid and provide                  information to members;
 5. To facilitate and implement the Cooperation in the Province between members in the field from humanitarian and relief interventions and       reconstruction through development projects;
 6. To collate and maintain accurate information on NBMIFI’s operations in the Province and set up a web-based database;
 7. To assist the Regional Director strengthen NBMIFI’s relations with private and other non-government entities on issues related to                        humanitarian aid and development;
 8. To work with the NBMIFI’s Communications Officer to establish a strategy for the internal and external communication of humanitarian              aid and development cooperation of NBMIFI’s network
 9.  Qualifies membership and acts as the final approving authority for the member’s benefits.​​

C.  PROVINCIAL COORDINATORS AND TEAM LEADERS​​

D. TEAM LEADERS​​

​​1. Coordinates with the Provincial Directors and members regarding meetings  and assigns new leaders and gather new members within                 his/her designated area of responsibilities; 
2. Leads all members regarding issues and problem that will arise during the project implementations;
3. Submits necessary reports, donations and other related information to the Provincial Director for further improvements;
4. Interviews and qualifies new membership applicants;
5. Recommends improvements and strategies for the good of his designated area.​​
