CEO/President of NB Maharlika International Foundation Inc. (NBMIFI). Born on January 25, 1949 in Umingan, Pangasinan, Philippines. Married to Alfredo K. Cardinez with two children, Allan and Neil both U.S Navy Officers with seven grandchildren. She spent four years in Hawaii Community College with a degree in Business Administration and major in Marketing Economics. Being self-employed for the past 35 years and an entrepreneur in America, she was able to venture into various businesses. 

Initially owned and managed a store with ten (10) employees and a sales clerk. Sheer determination and hard work made her become a 10-Diamond Director with Oil of Mink Rosemarie Collections, networking a multimillion dollar cosmetic company in North Carolina, USA with over 30,000 distributors statewide. Also owned and acted as Administrator of Elderly Nursing Homes for four years in San Diego, California, USA. Eventually moved on to become an Assistant Placement Personnel for Nursing Home and Hospitals in San Diego. Being able to save enough money from her previous jobs, she then filed for Incorporation of i H.E.L.P.S. and Co. in San Diego, CA which was engaged in distribution of plumbing and electrical supplies and ran it for about five (5) years. 

Madame Normalyn also received awards and plagues of recognition from Minority Business Association of San Diego, CA for her exemplary performance. She also went into buy and sell of real properties and do mortgages, specializing in Reverse Mortgages for the elderly. All those experiences kept her strong, a woman of substance. Consistently accomplishing her goals made her become a successful entrepreneur. Her mission in life is to help improve the living conditions of every Filipino especially the poor who cannot even afford life’s basic necessities and proper education for their children. She believed in the value of unity and perseverance. Fear and obedience to God will guide every man head in the right direction to achieve success and enjoy a meaningful and blessed life.

As an Agriculturist, sustainable development is very important to many Filipinos deprived of the basic necessities and living in communities that lack opportunities to become self-reliant. Board of Trustee Member, Composite Wing Savings & Loan Association, Inc.. Also a  retired Military Officer with a rank of Colonel, JAGS. As one of the Board of Directors is tasked to assist in the activity flow of our programs. This  foundation targets uplifting the lives of poor Filipinos. How assistance can be extended to those that are already on the brink of economic difficulty. “We should care and protect each other as God’s children”. One can only enjoy true happiness when he begins to understand the meaning of sharing your blessings.

Born on August 03, 1951 served to be a dedicated lawyer in his profession. He is a man of few words. He   believes that “Good lawyers know the law, great lawyers know the judge”. Being part of this Organization is an opportunity to support the activities and programs for the betterment of every Filipino, and of the entire world.

Internal Auditor. He practices his own Legal Firm, with 5 associates, Concepcion, Marikina City, Philippines.  Was a Professor of Accounting  and Auditing  at the University of the East, College of the Holy Spirit and Colegio de San Juan de Letran. Also was a Professor of Law at the MLQU School of Law from 1998 to 2006. As a Christian Lawyer, a Corporate Lawyer and CPA, my services to others like the members of the foundation NB Maharlika International, is my forte. Promoting better lives of others through worship and awareness of the Love of God.

Mother of three children from Mabini, Pangasinan who took up Bachelor of Science in Accountancy in University of Baguio. With thirty- years of being self-employed in the livelihood business, her vast experience will be very instrumental in achieving our Foundation’s goal to reach out. "Being the National Director of NB Maharlika International Foundation Inc. and as a pioneer, my love and devotion to help the Filipino people motivated me to pursue the dreams of encouraging unity towards progress through Livelihood Projects, and other beneficial programs for mankind. As a leader it needs to be strong enough to wrangle difficulties en route to prosperity."

MERABEL C. VELONZA, BOARD MEMBER/ DIRECTOR FOR LIVELIHOOD PROGRAM

Work experiences centered mostly in banking and financial services both locally and overseas all in managerial capacities. These include money market, loans, commercial papers and government securities dealership, overseas futures business consultancy and development, trading advisory (including a one-year stint in Wall Street, NY) to compliance. Past licenses as Commodity Futures Merchant, Mutual Funds Advisor (Philippines); and Series 3 (Commodities and Futures Contract- Houston, Texas) in 2002 as pre-requisite for National Futures Association membership although currently inactive. Also passed Anti-Money Laundering and Ethics Training Programs conducted by Exchange Analytics (Irvine, CA) in 2007. Strong work and professional ethics and unwavering Faith to serve and obey YAH as driving forces in his pursuit of real success.

A dynamic, hardworking professional, Focus-oriented, with proven leadership capabilities, effective communicator and exceptional interpersonal skills to interact to individuals in all levels. On board experience as Duty Engineer on Watch and in-charge of all auxiliary machineries.

A licensed civil engineer and sanitary engineer with more than 3 years of experience and building and remodeling facilities. Has experience in site supervision and construction work. With sound knowledge in construction methods, civil structure construction and engineering software. Expert in the use of Auto Cad, MS Office, and Internet Abilities. Goal oriented, with strong leadership capabilities, with excellent interpersonal skills to interact to individuals in all levels.

A proud full- blooded “Igorot” from the province of Nueva Vizcaya Region II. I took Bachelor of Science in Forestry in Nueva Vizcaya State University Bayombong, and one year Vocational /Electronics courses in Calamba, Laguna with three years Training in Japan. I am truly thankful to be a Director of NB Maharlika International Foundation Inc. in Region II. Duly sworn to do all duties and responsibilities as a leader specially in helping Filipino people to promote livelihood assistance as the program for one hundred million Filipinos. I strongly believe in the unlimited potential of this program and by fulfilling the Organization’s Mission and Vision will most certainly help secure the future of humanity around the world.

 Born on December 15,1975 in Salapad, San Nicolas, Pangasinan and the only child of Mauricio Rafel Jr. and  Florida Rafael. My permanent address is at Cabaruan, Cauayan City, Isabela. An Ilocano and finished college studies in Northern Luzon Adventist College in 2005. My hobbies are travelling and reading books, and basketball is my sport. A pers​on of big dreams, always trying to achieve big things but sometimes my stubbornness tries to destroy my spirit. When I was a child my parents always told me that  I will be successful someday and I believe that. Also smart, friendly, besides being creative. Always try to do something that I am passionate about in my own way which I believe will get me the best results not only to benefit myself but others too. It is my hope that anything I want to accomplish I will be able to achieve.

Fom Kasibu Nueva Vizcaya. Have been serving as collector for three years with Multi-Purpose Cooperative of Kasibu Nueva Vizcaya, and an appointed President of National Irrigators Association for the past four years. I joined this organization because I see a very bright future by being a member. And that will also benefit many Filipinos when they get involved with our programs with all sincerity, honesty and loyalty. Being a leader, I expect more difficulties and challenges in the exercise of my duties. However, this should not be taken as hindrance but instead a challenge as we aim to promote livelihood assistance program for one hundred million Filipinos.

A full-pledged Regional  Director/Leader Region 9  of this organization, it is my utmost pride to open my heart in helping my fellow countrymen who are already on the brink of destitution through our livelihood programs. In ord​er to achieve our goals we should be one as family. Through peace, unity, and sincerity in our efforts we can together defeat poverty. Progress can be easily achieved when we start to care for one another.

  A Bugkalot/Ibaloi tribe from Kasibu, Nueva Vizcaya. I took Bachelor of Science in Nursing At PLT College Inc. in Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya. I worked as a core checker in Royalco Mining for almost two years. And an appointed chieftain of Barangay Bugkalot Association. Happily working with NB Maharlika International Foundation Inc. for almost seven (7) years now because I believe  this foundation will lift Filipinos out of poverty, and help provide for the economic needs of one hundred million Filipinos through our various financial and  livelihood programs.
